melanie hill preston has been working with cultured pearls and gemstones since she discovered many unique gemstones while living in freemantle, austrailia in 1987. since then she has collected a wide variety of gemstones and pearls from all over the world. her distinctive colorful pieces are inspired by the many places she travels as well as current colors and styles.
as in nature, no two items are exactly alike. variances in size and tone are inherent in their beauty and individuality. styles and color combinations can be ordered to create very similar pieces if a necklace has sold or if ordering several of one necklace.
returns: i aim to please and will refund the cost of the item if it is returned in one week from the date received. however to save money and time, please be sure the length is right by measuring it out. ask questions to be sure. when ordering custom always indicate desired length. as well as style and colors.
in the rare case of a defect, i will be happy to make repairs
shipping is through usps and is always insured. the cost of shipping is $3.50 in the u.s.
